Although Ukitake Jushirou and Kaien Shiba don't get a lot of airtime in the Bleach anime, but they're the Captain for squad 13 in the Gotei 13. Kaien Shiba was an ex vice-captain under Captain Ukitake.
The first track is sung by Captain Ukitake Jushirou or the voice actor Hideo Ishikawa titled Kotonoba, opening with an accoustic guitar...i'm not surprised with Ukitake singing a slow semi-ballad song...it really fits his character personality. I really enjoy this song, it fits on a Saturday night when you have nothing to do at home, it's a relaxing song...the voice of Hideo is not bad too.
The second track is sung by Squad 13 former Vice-Captain Kaien Shiba or the voice actor Toshihiko Seki titled Nimorebi. I can't recognize Kaien or Toshihiko voice in the song, the voice sounds so different to the anime. The song is a semi-fast tempo Pop kinda song, judging by the melody and the voice, it is another nice song from the Bleach Beat Collection...listening to this album on a relaxing Saturday night fits the atmosphere...
The third is a duet between Captain Ukitake and Former Vice-Captain Kaien titled Fuu~Inochi to Hokoi~i, i think it consist words with wind, life/faith/destiny...i'm making a wild guess...the song is like a combination from the 1st two tracks...both of them sound really good, the harmony of their voice made the song sound really really good...a really nice ballad from both of the guys...with the piano tunes ending the song
The fourth and final track is a conversation between Captain Ukitake and Former Vice-Captain Kaien...once again, i don't understand what they're talking about, i only understand certain sentences which don't really help me...
If you understand Japanese you should really get this album, all of the track is really good, but in the end it depends on your personal taste.
